Customer portal for Cuatro Torres

We established the customer portal of Cuatro Torres, from strategy to implementation.

The group of Cuatro Torres was looking for a way to better serve their customers, and avoid repetitive and manual efforts that were time consuming for their associates. We identified what where the most common activities when supporting their customers, and then we came with a plan on how to address them. The most important one was the development of a Customer Portal that efficiently solved the problem of deliverying all the billing documents to their customers, without lost of data or mistakes. It also make their customers more happy because they got all the information organized in one place, making it easy for them to just pull the data when they needed it, instead of continously asking someone.
